OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND SENT TO OUR MANUFACTURERS BY 11:59PM EST THE DAY OF YOUR ORDER, CANCELLATION FEE IS 10% OF TOTAL ORDER IF CANCELLED FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS. PERSONALIZED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE IT HAS BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION.

- Returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of receiving products. Any product you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it (unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no stains and free of damage by customer) and in the original packaging. If not, it cannot be returned. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return is usually processed within 10-14 business days.
- ONLINE PURCHASES MUST BE RETURNED VIA ONLINE STORE, COCOACUTIE.COM, DO NOT TAKE TO STORES.
- CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- Returns are applied to tender it was purchased with. For gift cards a store credit will be issued.
- We stand behind the quality our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not*, minus shipping charges. Does not apply to personalized items or any other FINAL SALE items, described above/below.
